Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout your route.

Day in the Life

Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will load and unload product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Once at the location, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. Additionally, you will track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
