Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay North America is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand in local communities. In this role, you will deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to ensure timely delivery, then transition to customer-facing responsibilities by unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to guarantee freshness.

Beyond logistics, this position emphasizes relationship building. You will maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and building promotional displays to drive product visibility and sales. This role requires a commitment to safety, adherence to DOT regulations where applicable, and the ability to meet strict delivery and stocking deadlines while navigating high-volume routes.
