About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing work and take pride in accurate, timely service. Drivers serve as the face of the company, ensuring that customers receive fresh products and excellent support.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, you will drive a company box truck or delivery vehicle to assigned locations. Your day involves verifying orders before delivery and transporting products to customer sites. Upon arrival, you will unload products using hand trucks and stock them in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves. You will also stock coolers and shelves, ensuring that older product is rotated forward to maintain freshness. Additionally, you may be responsible for building promotional displays and completing delivery paperwork using handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
Safety and Standards
Safety and customer service are paramount in this role. Drivers must follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. You are expected to maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all company vehicle safety guidelines. Accuracy and timeliness are key metrics for success, ensuring that deliveries are completed correctly and on schedule.

This role offers competitive compensation, typically paying $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives.
