Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and available to customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for delivering products, unloading inventory, and stocking shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your role involves rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to ensure stores are properly stocked and meet delivery deadlines.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with this position typically paying between $60,000 and $75,000 per year (equivalent to $28–$36 per hour). Beyond base pay, there are significant opportunities for additional earnings through overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.
