Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, build positive relationships with store managers and staff, and ensure that customers have access to fresh, high-quality products.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. Beyond logistics, you will build promotional displays and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting deadlines for assigned stores.
