Job Description
About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing work and take pride in maintaining accurate and timely deliveries. Drivers serve as the face of the company, ensuring that customer locations are well-stocked and that product displays are attractive and compliant with company standards.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day begins with verifying orders and preparing your company box truck or delivery vehicle. You will drive to assigned customer locations, where you will unload products using hand trucks and stock them in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves. A key part of your role involves maintaining product freshness by rotating older stock forward and building promotional displays to enhance the customer experience. Throughout the day, you will use handheld devices to maintain delivery and inventory records, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Safety and Standards
Safety is paramount in this role. Drivers are expected to follow all company vehicle safety guidelines and delivery procedures, maintaining a clean driving record at all times. You will adhere to strict customer service standards, ensuring that interactions with store managers and staff are professional and efficient. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to completing deliveries on time while upholding the high standards of the Coca-Cola brand.
Career Growth and Benefits
This position offers more than just a delivery route; it provides opportunities for advancement into CDL Driver or Route Sales Representative roles. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match. Additionally, drivers can earn overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on their location and route. The company also provides company uniforms and paid time off, supporting a balanced and rewarding work life.
