Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using their own vehicle, drivers pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and Amazon delivery station, load them securely, and follow optimized delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app. Amazon Flex app to complete scheduled delivery blocks.
