Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing work and take pride in accurate, timely service. Drivers serve as the face of the company, ensuring that customers receive fresh products and excellent support.

Day in the Life

As a Delivery Driver, your day involves a mix of driving, physical activity, and customer interaction. You will operate a company box truck or delivery vehicle to visit multiple stops, verifying orders before delivery and completing necessary paperwork. A significant portion of the role involves physical tasks such as loading and unloading products using hand trucks, stocking shelves, coolers, and backrooms, and promotional displays. You will also be responsible for rotating older product forward to ensure freshness and maintaining delivery and inventory records using handheld devices.

Throughout the day, you must adhere to strict company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. Your ability to build strong relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining a clean driving record is essential to success in this role.
