Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products on an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and available to customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will load and unload product, ensuring that all deliveries and stocking deadlines are met for your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will rotate product to ensure freshness, build promotional displays, and maintain proper stock levels according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.
