About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in the customer experience by using their own vehicles to deliver Amazon packages directly to customers. This position offers the flexibility to work scheduled delivery blocks, with opportunities to accept additional blocks or remainders or be on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high.

Day in the Life

As an Amazon Flex Driver, your day begins by picking up packages from an Amazon delivery station. You will then load these packages into your personal vehicle and utilize the Amazon Flex app to follow optimized delivery routes. The role involves delivering packages to various homes and businesses, ensuring each delivery is completed successfully. A key part of the process includes taking delivery confirmation photos to verify completion.

Compensation

This position typically pays between $18 and $25 per hour. Rates may increase during peak times, holidays, or periods, or high-demand delivery periods.
