About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your work ensures that our products are fresh, visible, and available to consumers every day.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unloading heavy merchandise and stocking shelves and displays according to strict company merchandising standards. A significant part of your day involves rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will also maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring that stores are properly stocked and that all delivery and stocking deadlines are met.

Beyond the physical aspects of the job, you will track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork. You are expected to follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable, prioritizing safety for yourself, your colleagues, and the public. This role offers opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays, particularly for high-volume routes.
