Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. As you visit assigned stores, you will unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory, completing necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will adhere to company safety policies and delivery procedures, meeting deadlines for all assigned stops.
