About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Key tasks include rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, tracking inventory, and completing route paperwork. Throughout the day, you will maintain a professional relationship with customers and adhere to company safety policies and delivery procedures.
