About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by picking up food orders and delivering them safely and promptly to customers. This position offers the flexibility to work on your own terms, allowing you to choose your schedule and decide how much or how little you want to work.

Day in the Life

Using the Uber Eats Driver app, you will accept delivery requests, navigate to local restaurants, pick up food orders, and deliver orders to customers. You are responsible for ensuring orders are delivered safely and on time while providing good customer service. Throughout the day, you may work during lunch, dinner, late night, or weekend hours when delivery demand is highest. Whether you are using a personal vehicle, bike, or scooter, bike, or scooter, you will follow delivery instructions and communicate through the app when needed.

Requirements to Get Started

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own vehicle, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone to use the Uber Eats Driver app. You must follow traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures while working. This role is open to both part-time and full-time drivers who are ready to start today.
