Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, interact with store managers and staff to build positive relationships, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and fresh for customers.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. Throughout the day, you will deliver products to assigned stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays with care. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and adhere to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for both the store and Frito-Lay.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this role. You will be responsible for safely operating a delivery truck and following all DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures to meet deadlines and ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
