Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, unload and stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays that drive sales.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring all paperwork is in order. You will travel to assigned stores, maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable, ensuring the safe operation of the delivery truck and the secure loading and unloading of product.

This compensation is often equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with additional opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many drivers on high-volume routes are eligible for additional bonuses and incentives.
