Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, interact daily with store managers and staff, and maintain positive professional relationships while meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with loading and unloading product, followed by navigating your assigned route to deliver Frito-Lay products to various stores. Once on-site, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable to ensure a safe working environment.
