Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach customers on time and in good condition. Using your own vehicle, you will deliver Amazon packages to customers on scheduled delivery blocks. This position is designed for individuals who value flexibility and independence, allowing you to choose when you want to work while earning competitive pay.

How It Works

As an Amazon Flex driver, you are responsible for picking up packages from an Amazon delivery station and loading packages from a designated delivery station. You will then follow optimized delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app, delivering packages directly through the Amazon Flex app. Your journey involves delivering packages to various homes and businesses, ensuring each delivery is completed successfully. Upon completion of a delivery, you are required to take delivery confirmation photos to verify successful handoff.

Schedule and Flexibility

While the role is based on scheduled delivery blocks, it offers significant flexibility. In addition to your scheduled shifts, you may have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or be on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This structure allows you to adapt to your personal schedule and maximize earning potential during peak times, holidays, or high-demand delivery periods.
