Role Overview

Frito-Lay is currently seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations on an assigned route. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Additionally, there are significant opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product display performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily duties include:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations where applicable.

• Delivery and Stocking: Deliver products to assigned stores, unload merchandise, and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.

• Product Management: Rotate product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays to maximize visibility and sales.

• Inventory and Administration: Track inventory levels and complete all necessary route paperwork accurately.

• Customer Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

• Compliance: Follow all company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures to meet deadlines for assigned stores.
