Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product delivery, stocking, and merchandising, ensuring that our brands are fresh, visible, and appealing to customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit multiple retail locations. Your responsibilities extend beyond driving; you will unload product, stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. Additionally, you will track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked according to deadlines.
