About the Role
Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using their own vehicle, drivers pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and Amazon delivery station and load them into their personal vehicle. The role involves following delivery routes via the Amazon Flex app, delivering packages to customers and taking delivery confirmation photos to complete each block.
How It Works
Drivers work on a flexible schedule, selecting delivery blocks that fit their availability. While the core responsibility is completing scheduled blocks, drivers may also have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or remain on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This structure delivery routes during periods of high demand. This structure allows for flexibility while ensuring reliable service for customers.
