About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with the products customers love. This position goes beyond simple delivery; it is a dynamic role where you operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products along your assigned route, and build strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a driver, your day involves safely operating a delivery truck while following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This includes rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays. You will also track inventory and complete route paperwork to meet delivery and stocking deadlines.
