Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with operating a company delivery truck to visit multiple retail locations. Your responsibilities extend beyond driving; you will unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. Building promotional displays and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff are key components of the role. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this position. Drivers must safely operate delivery trucks, follow DOT regulations when applicable, and adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures. Meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers is essential for success in this role.
