Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the road and providing excellent customer service. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that products reach customer locations accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Day in the Life

As a Delivery Driver, your day begins with verifying orders and preparing for your route. You will drive a company box truck or delivery vehicle to various locations, where you will unload products using hand trucks. Once delivered, you will stock products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, ensuring that older product is rotated forward to maintain freshness. You will also build promotional displays and complete delivery paperwork using handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.

Throughout the day, you must follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. Maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to all company vehicle safety guidelines is essential to success in this role.

This position typically pays $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on location and route. Some routes may also offer performance bonuses, safety bonuses, and overtime opportunities.
