About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays that drive sales.
Beyond logistics, this position emphasizes relationship building. You will maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
