About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products on an assigned route, managing the entire process from loading and unloading to merchandising and inventory tracking.
This position is more than just driving; it is about building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and completing necessary route paperwork to keep operations running smoothly. Your ability to meet delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and DOT regulations will be key to your success.
