About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the road, interacting with customers, and ensuring that stores are properly stocked with fresh products.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Safety is a top priority; you will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.
