Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it is about building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the freshness and availability of products for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck and following all applicable DOT regulations. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines, and ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your day includes rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.
