About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by picking up food orders and delivering them safely and on time. You will use the Uber Eats Driver app to accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, and pick up food orders, and deliver orders to customers while providing excellent customer service.

How You Work

You have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want, when you want. You can work part-time or full-time, full-time, or during specific peak hours such as lunch, dinner, late night, or weekends, or busy delivery periods. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own vehicle, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone to use the Uber Eats Driver app. You will follow traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both yourself and your customers.

What You Bring

To get started, you must be an independent contractor with the necessary resources to operate. This includes providing your own vehicle (car, bike, or scooter), a valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance, and a smartphone capable of running the Uber Eats Driver app. You are expected to follow all local traffic laws and food handling guidelines while working.
