Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, build positive relationships with store managers and staff, and ensure that customers have access to fresh, high-quality products.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays while rotating product to ensure freshness. Beyond logistics, you will build promotional displays and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.
