Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, and ensure that customers have access to fresh, high-quality products.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. Beyond logistics, you will build promotional displays and track inventory to meet company merchandising standards. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and ensure that all delivery and stocking deadlines are met. Throughout the day, you will maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff, fostering a positive partnership.
