Job Description
About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for delivering products, unloading inventory, and stocking shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your role involves rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked.
Throughout the day, you will interact with store personnel, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
