Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver - $28-$36/hr

Role Overview

Frito-Lay is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products across a variety of retail environments, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail locations. You will operate an assigned route to ensure our products are available and appealing to customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a driver, your primary duties include:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck in accordance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

• Delivery and Stocking: Deliver products to assigned stores, unload merchandise, and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.

• Product Management: Rotate product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays to maximize visibility and sales.

• Inventory and Administration: Track inventory levels, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked.

• Customer Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff while adhering to delivery procedures and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Structure

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, which is typically equivalent to an hourly rate of $28 to $36. Compensation may increase based on:

• Opportunities for overtime pay

• Route sales incentives tied to sales volume and product display metrics
