About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it is about building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the freshness and availability of products for our customers.
Day in the Life
As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for delivering products to assigned stores, unloading product, and stocking shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked according to deadlines.
