About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it is about building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the freshness and availability of Frito-Lay products for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Your day involves loading and unloading product, meeting delivery deadlines, and executing precise stocking procedures. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and tracking inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Completing route paperwork and maintaining professional relationships with customers are key parts of your daily routine.
