Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to ensure timely delivery, then transition to in-store duties that include unloading, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating product to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

By tracking inventory and completing route paperwork, you help maintain the availability of popular products for consumers. This position requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.
