About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining professional interactions with customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will unload product and stock shelves and displays, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork, meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines.

Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. Your ability to maintain a professional relationship with store managers and staff is crucial to success in this role. Whether you are handling high-volume routes or managing specific merchandising requirements, you will play a vital role in keeping our products fresh and available for consumers.
