About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with ensuring your vehicle is ready and your route is planned. You will safely operate the delivery truck, adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Upon arriving at each store, you will unload product, stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards, and rotate product to ensure freshness, and quality, and build promotional displays to drive sales.
Beyond logistics, you are the face of Frito-Lay. You will maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, customer service representatives, and store clerks. This involves tracking inventory, completing necessary route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked. ensuring every location meets our high standards for presentation and availability.
