About the Role
As a Delivery Expert, you will be the face of Domino's, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products using cutting-edge technology. This role is designed for those who want flexibility; you can choose between short or long shifts, part-time or full-time hours, tailoring the schedule to fit your life. Whether you use your own vehicle or a company-provided one, you will navigate designated delivery areas, often including multi-story buildings, to bring fresh pizza to our customers.
The role offers significant earning potential, with drivers typically averaging over $20 per hour when combining wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage are paid daily, while hourly wages are distributed every other Friday. Beyond the immediate paycheck, this position offers a clear career trajectory with promotional opportunities to become a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or even a franchise owner.
Hiring Process
We are looking for immediate hires. To join the team, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and pass a background check.
