About the Role

As a Delivery Expert, you will be the face of Domino's, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products using cutting-edge technology. This role is designed for those who want flexibility; you can choose between short or long shifts, part-time or full-time hours, tailoring the schedule to fit your life. Whether you use your own vehicle or a company-provided car, you will navigate designated areas to deliver pizzas and beverages, often climbing stairs to reach customers in multi-story buildings.

Drivers typically average over $20/hr, combining wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. The role requires navigating varying weather conditions, working in environments with temperature extremes, and performing physical tasks such as carrying products, bending, and reaching. It is a position that demands good judgment, the ability to work under stress, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Hiring Process

A background check and review of your Motor Vehicle Report are required. Once hired, you will work under the direction of an independent franchisee who manages all employment decisions, including hiring, scheduling, and compensation.
