About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. You will have access to OTR, regional, or local routes, ensuring flexibility in your schedule. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can focus on driving while we handle the complexities of back-office support, load planning, and maintenance escrow.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and meet our experience and safety standards. The process begins with a negative drug test required before driving under F2F Transport authority. Once approved, you will complete a virtual orientation to get started.
