Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent opportunity for drivers who want to maintain an active lifestyle while enjoying the stability of a dedicated lane. The position focuses on dry freight delivery, requiring drivers to hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations.
The Role in Action
Drivers on this account typically average two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route spans a wide geographic area, including deliveries to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key aspect of this role is the weekly home time schedule, featuring a 34-hour reset that allows drivers to return home regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation through a combination of CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, and 401(k) participation. Additional perks include paid time off, bonus incentives, and an unlimited cash referral program.
Equipment & Logistics
