About the Role

We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high percentage of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).

Our fleet consists of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. We pride ourselves on a supportive operations team and a policy of no forced dispatch—ever. The work environment is built on the principle that drivers control their earnings through our mileage incentive program, where you can influence your CPM rate.

Hiring Process
