About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that offers home weekly. This position focuses on 100% touch freight, providing opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable driving experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualification criteria. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per mile based on dispatched miles, route, and experience.

Hiring Process & Qualifications

To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Safety standards are strictly enforced: candidates may have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are limited to two in the last two years. There must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Additionally, there can be no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL), and no positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A or CLP.
