We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that offers home weekly. This position features 100% touch freight, providing consistent work with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable driving experience.
Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, varying by route and experience. Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years.
