The Role

As a Casual CDL Driver in El Paso, TX, you will operate a dedicated regional route with a predictable home schedule. You can expect to be home every three days and leave on the same day every week. The role offers guaranteed miles and a competitive compensation structure, earning $0.52–$0.55 CPM on all miles, whether loaded or empty. You also have the opportunity to control your CPM through our Mileage Incentive Program, with guaranteed pay increases every 12 months.
