Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. Drivers in this role can expect to earn an average of $1,450 per week, with additional compensation opportunities through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and paid vacation after one year of service. A dedicated 24/7 driver support team is available to assist with any on-the-road needs, ensuring you are never alone on the job.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions based on the timeframe and CDL status. Drivers currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program are not eligible for hire.
