About the Role

We are hiring Casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and autonomy. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. Our dedicated regional runs feature consistent freight with over 65% drop-and-hook operations, ensuring you spend less time waiting and more time driving.

Unlike other carriers, we offer no forced dispatch—ever. You control your schedule and your earnings through our Mileage Incentive Program, where you can influence your CPM. You will operate in a supportive environment with a well-maintained fleet, including brand-new equipment arriving in May 2026.
