The role features 100% touch freight, ensuring drivers are actively engaged with the cargo from pickup to delivery. To support driver success, the company provides comprehensive compensation structures including unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Drivers operate in a supportive environment backed by 24/7 driver support and convenient home-base terminals. The fleet consists of newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session, which is completed upon hire. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past ten years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
