Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. The position focuses on dry freight, requiring drivers to hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations.
The Role in Action
Drivers on this account typically average two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route spans a wide geographic area, delivering to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key feature of this position is the weekly home time schedule, providing a consistent 34-hour reset to ensure work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation through a combination of CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Additional incentives include bonus incentives and an unlimited cash referral program. Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at various stops along the route.
